40HP Boat Engine is presented as a lightweight fuel-powered unit, functioning as a hybrid lubricated two-stroke power system; it is mainly suitable for medium-sized vessels (such as offshore operation boats, multi-purpose fishing boats, and small commercial ferries) due to its ability to release high thrust at low speeds, and it demonstrates excellent fuel economy and response speed under frequent starting and heavy-load navigation conditions. Its working stability and overload resistance stem from its overall design featuring a double-cylinder balanced crankshaft and efficient valve spring intake; the working cylinder volume is 696 cm³, with a maximum output power of 29.4 kW (40 HP) at 5200 rpm, and the peak torque occurs around 4600 rpm. The compression ratio of this model is set between 6.8:1 and 7.2:1; moreover, it has extremely high tolerance for 50:1 gasoline-oil pre-mixed fuel and various water qualities, including seawater, making it highly suitable for scenarios such as fishery production, waterway patrol, and remote area material transportation.
