Truck High Pressure Oil Pump is used in gear style, its mainly feature is that the oil pump has the sample structure, and for its high pump oil pressure. It has the advantage that it can prolong the machine's using life.

When the engine is running, the driving gear on the camshaft drives the transmission gear of the oil pump, which cause the driving gear fixed on the driving gear shaft to rotate, thereby driving the driven gear to rotate in the opposite direction, and sending the oil from the oil inlet chamber to the oil outlet chamber along the tooth gap and the pump wall. In this way, low pressure is formed at the oil inlet chamber, generating suction, sucking the oil in the oil pan into the oil chamber. As the driving and driven gears rotate continuously, the oil is continuously pressed to the required position.

The functions of the high-pressure oil pump for trucks:

• Compress low-pressure fuel to an extremely high pressure to generate the ultra-high pressure required for injection;

• Continuously pump the generated high-pressure fuel into the common rail pipe;

• Precisely adjust the common rail pressure through the oil inlet metering valve;

• Ensure an adequate supply of fuel, and if necessary, leave a sufficient margin.

The working principle of the high-pressure oil pump in the truck common rail system is as follows:

The ECU of the engine controls the fuel intake metering valve to complete the entire process. The completed components include the CAM, plunger, fuel intake metering valve and fuel outlet valve.

• During the intake stage, the oil suction stroke is completed: fuel is sucked in to fill the pump cavity;

• During the pressure-building stage, the oil pumping stroke is completed: compressing the fuel and establishing ultra-high pressure;

• Fuel supply stage, complete the fuel pressure stroke: Inject the high-pressure fuel pump into the common rail pipe;

• Return stage, complete the remaining oil stroke: Prepare for the next cycle;

The truck oil pump is widely used in the heavy truck, like sinotuck, howo. It is the important part in the truck engine, and it usually can be used for at least 5 years.
