Cleaning taboos
It is forbidden to blow the air filter at will: high-pressure blowing will destroy the fiber structure of the filter element, resulting in increased pore size and filtration failure, and dust entering the engine will accelerate cylinder wear.When cleaning the desert two-stage filter, it is necessary to use ≤588 KPa compressed air to blow dust from the inside to the outside, and it is forbidden to clean it with water or oil.
Filter status check.If the filter paper is slightly bent and not damaged, it can continue to be used; if it is damaged or the sealing strip is aged, it needs to be replaced immediately.
The oil bath filter needs to be checked daily for loose shell connection. If the oil fluidity is poor, it needs to be cleaned and replaced.
