Product Functions

Working Principle
● Meshing Stage:
When the power is connected, the current reaches the electromagnetic switch.
The current passing through the electromagnetic switch generates a strong magnetic field, and the gears extend out accordingly.
The gear and the ring gear start to mesh precisely, meshing first and then rotating, effectively avoiding tooth breakage.
● Rotation & Start-Up Phase:
The electromagnetic switch pushes the contact plate, and the main current circuit is connected.
The armature rotates, power is transmitted, and the planetary gear composition doubles the output torque.
Torque is transmitted to the drive gear, which drives the flywheel and the engine crankshaft to rotate, and the engine begins to ignite and start.
● Protection & Disengagement Stage:
After the engine starts successfully, activate the overspeed protection. That is, the one-way clutch starts to act, automatically disengaging, causing itself to idle.
The starting circuit is cut off, the electromagnetic switch is de-energized, and all components return to a stationary state.
